CA: Bill would double jail time for gang members...would increase penalties for people who are arrested for crimes connected to drug cartels and street gangs.
It would double your sentence...intent is to take whatever law there already is, and make it even tougher. Lock these guys up longer, make them think twice before they join a gang.
