Phoenix, AZ: Suspected human smuggler leads police on chase... teen was spotted by ICE Agents leaving a suspected drop house early Wednesday morning..When police tried to pull him over, he allegedly rammed several police vehicles and then tried to get on the I-10 freeway going the wrong way..The suspect then stopped the car and jumped into the car of an unsuspecting motorist.
