Santa Ana, CA: LULAC wants Santa Ana to declare itself a "Sanctuary City"
Mike Gonzalez, a district director for League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) plans to lead a group of demonstrators to the Santa Ana City Council chambers, the day after the group's annual march for immigration reform (i.e. amnesty). Gonzalez told the Orange County Register: "On May 2, we plan to go to the Santa Ana City Council to ask them to declare the city an immigrant sanctuary.
