Now illegal aliens who file civil rights suits are also safe from deportation
Last week, the Obama administration issued the infamous memo announcing several classifications of illegal aliens who will no longer be deported, among them are illegal aliens who have pending civil rights lawsuits. -- The memo states: "To avoid deterring individuals from reporting crimes and from pursuing actions to protect their civil rights, ICE officers, special agents and attorneys are reminded to exercise all appropriate discretion on a case-by-case basis when making detention and enforcement decisions in the cases of victims of crimes, witnesses to crime and individuals pursuing legitimate civil rights complaints.”

Judge grills Indiana attorney over immigration law (SB590)
Judge grills Indiana attorney over immigration law (SB590)...A federal judge grilled an attorney for the state of Indiana about the state's new immigration law, questioning how police would enforce the law and saying one of its provisions conflicts with federal law. U.S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker heard 90 minutes of oral arguments on civil rights groups' request for a preliminary injunction blocking contested portions of the law...American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana and the National Immigration Law Center sued the state over the law in May..

Kansas: Kris Kobach says Arizona-style immigration bill more likely to pass in Kansas after Supreme Court ruling
Kansas: Kris Kobach says Arizona-style immigration bill more likely to pass in Kansas after Supreme Court ruling...Attempts to pass an E-Verify bill in Kansas have failed, with much opposition coming from the Kansas Chamber of Commerce, which has argued the proposal put an undue burden on business. Civil rights groups have argued that the Arizona law is pre-empted by federal immigration(well, they got that wrong!)..Kobach said he expected the issue(E-Verify) to come up again in the 2012 legislative session

CA: Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca questions illegal ALIEN civil rights
CA: Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca questions illegal ALIEN civil rights... that illegal aliens basically are not subject to the kinds of civil rights protections Americans are in his defense of a federal program that checks the immigration status of arrestees. He says federal policy should decide whether someone should be deported if they haven't been convicted of a crime. (HUH? Illegal IS Illegal!) says the ICE program called Secure Communities threatens to erode illegals' trust in police.

Secret DOJ Group Monitors Immigration Control Laws
Secret DOJ Group Monitors Immigration Control Laws...Obama Justice Department has created a secret group within the bloated civil rights division to monitor laws passed by states and local municipalities to control illegal immigration.
Because the measures are viewed as discriminatory and anti-immigrant by the administration, the Justice Department is spending valuable taxpayer dollars to track them and legally challenge them as it did in Arizona.

Black Civil Rights Organizations Deliberately Ignore the Negative Impact of ILLEGALS on Black America...To compare it to a civil rights issue, it is ludicrous..They aren’t citizens.I can see every day the impact that illegal aliens are having on the black community,” said Davis, the former director of minority outreach for Georgia Right to Life. “We have so many problems in our own community, from education to employment to life.
