Tim Pawlenty, Herman Cain address Tea Party rally in Iowa (I THOUGHT THE TEA PARTY WAS DEAD)One of the organizers of Saturday's Tea Party gathering described it as an "iced tea" rally as temperatures hovered around 40 degrees, with whipping winds making the wind chill feel more like 30 degress.

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton won't revive Tim Pawlenty directive on immigration law enforcement...The directive, which expired last week, had required state cooperation with federal authorities in areas such as customs enforcement and fraudulent documents. Dayton says the Executive Order IS NOT NECESSARY.
