Orly Taitz challenges Barack Obama‘s legitimacy, as she gears up for a federal appeals court hearing Monday in Pasadena..Taitz is appealing the Oct. 29, 2009, Santa Ana ruling by U.S. District Judge David O. Carter dismissing her lawsuit, in which she claims Obama is not a natural-born citizen and so is not the country’s legitimate president.
