Princeton, NJ: College town giving out IDs regardless of citizenship..has issued municipal identification cards to anyone who can prove they live or work in the city, regardless of their citizenship status.people start lining up outside the Nassau Presbyterian Church to get the cards, which are issued by the Latin American Legal Defense and Education Fund, a Princeton-based Hispanic advocacy non-profit organization. Applicants must pay a $15 fee and establish their residence or occupation to receive a card. They use it to access a variety of public and private services
