NY: Feds finding it harder and harder to combat escalating presence of Mexican drug cartels in New York...feds have more than doubled the time spent breaking up the growing network between local gangs and Mexican drug cartels. (I THOUGHT JANET SAID THEY HAVEN'T CROSSED THE BORDER?)
