CA: Verizon replaces Spanish billboard thanks to Raymond Herrera of "We The People California's Crusader"... Herrera planned a boycott and rally at the site of the billboard, he said in a press release. One week of the campaign started, he said, the Verizon Spanish language billboard was removed. "We the People have raised the awareness level in regard to advertising in Spanish," Herrera said, adding that the California State Constitution, English is the official language of California.
