CA: Secure Community Program IS now in all 58 counties/NOW AB1081 would stop it..expansion hasn’t been voluntary..San Francisco attempted to opt out, only to be blocked by the state Attorney General’s Office last year..NOW, Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, D-San Francisco – wants to remove all counties from the federal immigration effort, at least temporarily with AB1081..would dramatically change the dynamics that have pushed the biometrics database into nearly every California jail.
