UTAH: Activists in GOP work for repeal of guest-worker law (with Mexico)...
Why hasn't the Department of Justice and/or the ACLU filed the papers to sue on this? I thought only the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT could pass Immigration laws or is it only when AZ is involved? Why does OUR government and the DOJ continue to pick and choose what laws that they enforce?
