AZ: Former Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick announces plans to run again... Kirkpatrick has confirmed she is running for the U.S. House of Representatives. She served one term in the House before losing last fall to Republican U.S. Rep. Paul Gosar. she thinks she lost to Gosar because voters were angry over the economy. The former congresswoman says Gosar is out of touch with the district and she plans to be more accessible if voters elect her.
