Marco Rubio Sends Letter To Senate Leadership Asking For Libyan War To Be Authorized.Rubio wants the war authorized, and for Congress to specifically ask for regime change..It’s going to be a bit of an embarrassment for Obama as this was something he himself should have done. Democrats are going to be in a tough spot. On one hand, refusing to take up authorizing the war (after the fact as it is) is a blow to the President. But authorizing it with regime change as the goal flies in the face of the authorization Obama did get from the UN which says no regime change.
