NPR: Congressional Vote largely symbolic

NPR: The U.S. House of Representatives voted 228-192 Thursday to halt federal funding of National Public Radio (NPR). Most commentators believe the vote is largely symbolic as it is unlikely to pass in the Senate, even if the Senate passes the measure, Obama would most likely not sign the bill.
