TX Democrat lawmaker brags about representing illegals...State Rep. Rafael Anchia (D-Dallas) recently spoke on the House floor in opposition to anti-illegal immigration legislation (HB12), and told his fellow lawmakers: "The immigrant(?) population in district 103 includes some of the finest and most hard working people in the state of TX."
