U.S. House bill would increase immigration-enforcement spending (for Secure Communities Program) Secure Communities..Detention and Removal Operations..plans for a new immigration detention facility in South Florida...Obama’s 2012 DHS budget proposal, Customs and Border Protection would receive 21% of the proposed 2012 Homeland Security budget (a 3% increase), ICE 10% (a 1% increase) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services 5% (a 5% drop).
