Everyone admits it was very crowded, and police say they were trying to clear the foyer.
A video shows police removing KOLD photojournalist Edgar Ybarra, who was inside the board room. He had made his way out to the foyer where police were leading away one of the people who had tried to speak at the podium.
The video shows police pushing Ybarra out of the building.
He was not allowed to re-enter.
