Pinal County, AZ: Drug Money Donated to Pinal County Organizations...The following is a news release from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (Sheriff Paul Babeu): During the past several months, the Pinal County Sheriff has provided donations to various groups to help support activities for both our youth and adults. The money was seized from criminal drug smugglers through the RICO statute. RICO stands for "Racketeer Influence Corrupt Organizations.
