Phoenix, AZ: Illegal Alien in 'shootout' to be deported.. Buckeye Police Officer Rolando Tirado was shot and killed...Police Officer Christopher Paz was working with Tirado at the time and remains in the hospital with gunshot wounds but is expected to survive his injuries.. (Illegal Alien) Alfonso Hernandez-Martinez had no prior knowledge of the shooting and did not commit any crimes during the incident..The man who shot and killed Tirado from behind in the gun battle was identified earlier this week as Cesar Tomas Quiroz Leon. He was also shot and killed.
