NC: Apparently,"immigrants" no longer want to learn English...a collection of advocacy groups filed a complaint with the U.S. DOJ on behalf of non-English speakers in NC.. The complaint filed by the Latin American Coalition, the Muslim American Society of Charlotte and the Vietnamese Coalition of Charlotte, requests an investigation into why NC does not provide interpreters in the state's civil court system..the court system has also failed to translate forms and website information.
