TX: Three Romanians charged with illegal entry - wade across the Rio Grande and were charged with illegal entry to the U.S. The three pleaded not guilty(?) before U.S. Magistrate Judge Ronald G. Morgan, according to the court record. Counsel has been appointed for them. A Romanian interpreter interpreted for the three defendants telephonically. The three are being held without bail, and their trials are set for July 7 before Morgan
