NC: Illegal Alien Woman arrested for resisting Henderson County deputies...Claudia Lizet Vazquez-Hernandez was arrested for resisting officers..While being booked, Vazquez-Hernandez gave deputies multiple counterfeit I.D.'s including Social Security cards, Dept. of Treasury and IRS Individual Taxpayer identification number cards, permanent resident alien cards, N.C. Department of Health and Human Services Medicaid identification card and N.D. electronic benefit transfer card. “An inquiry through the 287g program showed that Vazquez-Hernandez had been previously removed from the U.S. for convictions of felonies involving possession and purchase for sale of cocaine, transportation or sale of narcotics and use of a compartment for controlled substances,”. “At this discovery, sheriff's deputies reported their findings to the ICE Criminal Apprehension Program Unit for their review and possible prosecution as a re-entry aggravated felon.”
