Houston, TX: Man (illegal), woman jailed in security guard's slaying...Cesar Soto-Castro, 22, of Houston, was indicted this week by a grand jury in Richmond. He also faces a felony theft charge. Anabel Hernandez, 19, of Houston, was indicted May 23 by the same grand jury for murder and theft in the slaying of Fidel Sanchez, 26, of Houston, who was shot at J.D. Abrams, a construction site in the 8400 block of FM 2234 in an unincorporated area of the county near Fresno. Sanchez had responded to an emergency alarm at the site shortly after midnight when he was shot multiple times. He was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, where he died
