Labor Department Funds Jobs Program for Hispanics...PLATO Learning and SER-Jobs for Progress National, Inc. are pleased to announce a cooperative effort in which SER National will use PLATO online curriculum to enhance the basic skills of unemployed and underemployed individuals through the SER Coaching to Care program. SER National primarily assists Hispanic and other historically underserved populations in developing job skills.
