A Sandy Springs attorney is preparing to file a federal lawsuit against Georgia's new immigration reform bill, once the governor signs that bill into law. -- Charles Kuck told Channel 2's Richard Elliot he plans to ask a federal judge to grant an injunction preventing the law from taking effect...Gov. Deal still plans to sign HB8 within the next few weeks.
