Former Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard(D) says Arizona’s immigration enforcement law (SB1070) has been an albatross for the state....Speaking at the Immigration Law and Policy Conference at Georgetown University on Tuesday, Goddard says the Arizona law has hurt the state’s economy. And he says “the business community knows it.”
