FL/CO: Author of pedophile guide gets probation..Greaves authored "The Pedophile's Guide to Love and Pleasure: A Child-Lover's Code of Conduct," a book that was sold on Amazon.com until last year, when the company stopped selling the item after national outrage..Phillip R. Greaves II, of Pueblo, Colo., pleaded no-contest to the charge. He was also ordered to continue mental health counseling..Greaves will serve his probation in Colorado.
