North Carolina Alert: HB36 E-Verify Bill....4 Senators need to be contacted..."Senator ________ Please restore the provisions in HB 36 that require all employers with more than 24 employees in NC to begin using the free and accurate E-verify system. We need every job we can get for legal immigrants and American citizens. A lot of people are very upset to hear that GOP Senators removed this provision on behalf of big business special interests despite the fact over 80% of our citizens support businesses being required to check new hires and only hire legal labor. Please stand up for your constituents tonight and return HB 36 to version 4 with the language affecting all large companies in it.
