Roswell, NM: Police search for Edgar Ruelas(30yrs.old) Mexican national in the country illegally accused of raping 14yr.old teen...Ruelas has been living in Roswell and working for an oilfield service company based in Artesia. He is now on the run. Ruelas is described as standing 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing in around 165 pounds. Rueles has brown eyes and black hair (see pic).
