Phoenix Judge Mary Murguia to Formally Take 9th Circuit Seat (Sister of La Raza CEO Janet Murguia!) Mary Murguia was named to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals by Obama. Murguia is the sister of National Council of THE RACE (La Raza) CEO Janet Murguia. Can't imagine which group she will side with: states who uphold the rule of law, OR La Raza, the ACLU and the Mexican Government. [BTW, RINO AZ Sen. John Kyl shows his true colors by attending the swearing-in ceremony. Shame!]
