Connecticut Dream Act Passes and is signed by Governor Malloy.... Malloy signed a measure that entitles illegal aliens to receive the in-state tuition benefit for attending Connecticut's public colleges and universities. This assistance previously was afforded only to legal citizens who live in the state...aka the "Act Concerning Access to Postsecondary Education"....[another state giving competitive slots in public institutions to illegals in favor of legal students...another state charging 1/3 tuition to illegals, full tuition paid by American Citizens from other states]
