We can use our troops to defend other countries, but not our own

We can use our troops to defend other countries, but not our own.. When the government began deploying those troops, the states of AZ, TX, CA, and NM combined, were contributing 54,000 National Guard troops to the U.S. war efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan. But, the federal government can only supply 1,200 troops back to that region, even as they are being invaded by drug dealers and human smugglers? It would seem that the taxpayers of AZ, TX, CA, and NM are working for the security of foreign lands, rather than for that of their own states.
