Senate rejects GOP's (Paul Ryan's) Medicare plan... Five Republicans joined their Democrats in opposing the plan..Four Republicans who voted against the Ryan budget -- Scott Brown of Massachusetts, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, and Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins of Maine -- have a history of bucking their party. Tea Party favorite Rand Paul of Kentucky was the fifth GOP senator to oppose the Ryan budget. He said he would vote "no" because he didn't believe the plan had enough spending cuts.
