SC: Feds accused of 'coercion,' 'union bullying'

SC: Feds accused of 'coercion,' 'union bullying'..A U.S. senator, a labor consultant, and nine attorneys general are ripping the National Labor Relations Board for filing a complaint against Boeing over its new facility in South Carolina.
Boeing plans to open its newest 787 airliner assembly plant this summer in South Carolina, which is one of almost two dozen "right-to-work" states. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) filed the complaint, claiming the aircraft manufacturer participated in unfair labor practices by threatening to open new, non-union facilities. Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina) says if the NLRB's claim moves forward, it would have a "chilling effect" on jobs in his and other right-to-work states
