Mexico, DF: San Luis tunnel shows enforcement working...Army troops found a tunnel in San Luis Rio Colorado, a city in Mexico's Sonora state, that wasbeing constructed to smuggle drugs and people into the US..Two vehicles, one with Baja California tags and the other with California tags, were seized..There are so few places the San Luis tunnel could go it was almost a certainty that it would be discovered. This shows just how desperate the smugglers are. Now, if we can just finish the fence!
