Local Hispanic groups say Georgia's new immigration law (HB87) targets them...It's been in the works for months but Georgia's new immigration crack down is now a law and will take effect this summer. The deal may be inked, but that doesn't mean Hispanic groups are happy about it...a lot of illegal aliens are very afraid and making plans to leave the state..
