Judicial Watch Files Amicus Curiae Brief Challenging Constitutionality of Obamacare
Legislative “power grab” has “overstepped the Commerce Clause’s boundaries…”..Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has filed an amicus curiae (friend of the court) brief in a federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare (Susan Seven-Sky, et al v Eric Holder, Jr. et al.(No. 11-5047)). The lawsuit is currently on appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit
