SCR 11-002 requiring proof of citizenship to vote, SCR 11-003 requiring proof of citizenship for elected officials and SCR 11-004 requiring employers to use E-verify all died on a party-line vote..Senate Democrats passed SB 243 which repeals the minimum $50,000 civil penalty for forging, counterfeiting, altering, or falsifying employment verification documents
