CA: Latino support for Jerry Brown hinges on key bills...Not sure where Brown will come down on the political issues; among them a bill to extend labor protections for domestic workers and Secure Communities - another bill to let local governments opt out of a controversial federal program that automatically checks the immigration status of anyone booked into a local jail.
