Banning, CA: U.S. border patrol agent allegedly assaulted illegal alien female...agent based in the Coachella Valley has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting an undocumented woman from Mexico two years ago. According to authorities, Ascencio approached the woman in 2008, asked for her papers, took her into his car and then drove her to a location in Banning, where he allegedly assaulted her. Ascencio is being held at a Riverside jail and his bail was set at $50,000. (I SMELL ANOTHER BORDER PATROL AGENT SET-UP)
