Temecula, CA: Day laborers booted from Stampede property...move a block south to dirt lot...complaints that sparked the city's action,said there were reports of public urination, drinking and drug use, and fights. they are hoping the city will step up and build some sort of shelter for the day laborers, a place with a roof and a restroom.
