Al Sharpton: Federalism Is Racism...how dare tea partiers advocate for something that is actually in the Constitution. The 10th amendment is pretty clear. Those powers not specifically delegated to the federal government, or denied it, by the Constitution are reserved to the states or to the people. Thus, some of us who are still silly enough to believe that the Constitution is the law, believe that the federal government ought not to exceed its Constitutional mandate.
