The use of E-Verify and the prosecution of employers of illegal aliens have also increased. Napolitano said that illegals who would have benefited from the Dream Act were “not the priority” when it came to enforcing immigration law. Obama administration appears to be operating in a kind of workaround mode.

Looks like Maryland DID pass in-state tuition for illegals and becomes the 11th state to make an award to illegal alien students. Gov. O'Malley WILL sign the bill
