Wisconsin Assembly passes GOP-backed voter ID bill

Wisconsin Assembly passes GOP-backed voter ID bill...The Wisconsin state Assembly passed a Republican-backed bill on Wednesday that will stiffen requirements for voter identification at polling places and was decried by Democrats as targeting their constituents.
