Phoenix, AZ: 9 Illegal Aliens, 3 Smugglers Apprehended...DPS busts two drop houses in two days here in the valley. Nine illegal aliens were lined up outside the home.
DPS says 3 smugglers were holding the illegal aliens for ransom. They were taken into custody.
