Michigan Gov Rick Snyder - AZ.-type immigration law NOT needed..told members of the MI Hispanic Chamber of Commerce that the state doesn't need an Immigration enforcement law like the one causing controversy in AZ. such a law would "encourage a divisive atmosphere." A bill has been introduced in the MI Legislature that would get police more involved in checking the Immigration status of people they pull over. (btw....Snyder said he embraced immigration after NYC Mayor Bloomberg recommended sending all illegals and immigrants to Detroit to repopulate the city.)
